Universal's water park Volcano Bay opens in Orlando
Volcano Bay is the newest and coolest (literally) theme park at Universal Orlando. There's nothing more fun to do on a hot Florida day than head to a waterpark. Volcano Bay officially opened in May 2018, and we were lucky to be some of the first guests, to check out the park and ride the water slides.

Universal Orlando ensures the water in every pool and attraction at Volcano Bay remains at 80ºF (26.6ºC) all year round. 80ºF (26.6ºC) is an ideal water temperature for year-round swimming - it's cool enough to be enjoyable during the sweltering Florida summers and is still pleasant and warm when it's cooler in the winter.

Volcano Bay is a one-of-a-kind water park and offers fun multi-passenger rides (more than any other water theme park in Orlando!) The best part about Volcano Bay is that you barely wait in lines, you don't have to carry tubes around the park, and the pools and rides are heated to around 80 degrees year-round! I LOVE the theme of Volcano Bay.
